TWO50TWO: 91精品’s Residence Hall
Exceptional student housing is available at Two50Two, 91精品檚 residence hall, located directly across the street from 91精品檚 main academic building. Two50Two is a six-story, progressive-style building, which includes sustainable details and systems, and offers apartment-style suites designed and built exclusively for 91精品 students. Two50Two is conveniently located in the heart of Milwaukee檚 Historic Third Ward offering students direct access to the college, cultural venues, and visual art and design communities.
Two50Two offers two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites that accommodate four to six students. Each suite also contains a shared kitchen and living room, as well as furniture, widescreen LED television, cable and wireless Internet. The kitchen includes an amenity package complete with range, refrigerator, microwave, disposal and dishwasher. All utilities (electric, gas, water, cable and wireless internet) are included in academic year cost.
Two50Two also offers common lounge areas, and on-site laundry facilities. The building has controlled access, requiring a resident key card to gain access, as well as on-site security.
91精品 requires all full-time freshmen and sophomore students to live at Two50Two, unless the student meets one of the following criteria: has a permanent residence within 45 miles of campus; is at least 21 years of age; is married; is a custodial parent; is a junior or senior; or has special needs which cannot be met at Two50Two.
