�25 (Communication Design) is a President�s (Honor) List student from Milwaukee who received a 2025 91��Ʒ Alumni Senior Thesis Award.

What is your �elevator pitch� for your senior exhibition project?

�Rowan: Your Period, Your Power� is a planner-style publication designed to help girls navigate their first periods by teaching them how to sync their lifestyles to their cycles from a young age. Menstrual health is rarely taught in a way that feels empowering, leaving many young people confused, unprepared and disconnected from their cycles. I want to change that by making period education accessible, engaging and something to embrace.

This journal guides girls through their first periods with interactive prompts, educational content and a monthly tracking calendar. It also includes a bracelet system to visually connect with cycle phases. Designed to be teen-friendly and engaging, Rowan makes menstrual health education easy to understand and incorporate into daily life.

Anything you�d like to share about yourself or 91��Ʒ?

During my senior year at 91��Ʒ, I had the incredible opportunity to work as a graphic design intern for the Milwaukee Bucks. Over the course of a year, I contributed to a variety of design projects, such as logo lockups, t-shirt designs, event signage, social media graphics and even a bus wrap! This experience allowed me to work in a fast-paced, professional sports environment, collaborate with a talented creative team and see my designs come to life on a large scale. It was an invaluable experience that strengthened my skills in branding, visual storytelling and designing for real-world applications.

My goal is to work for a creative branding agency.
